JOB PURPOSE:
制定和发展健康药业在电子商务渠道的策略,并领导团队跟踪执行,确保电子商务新渠道销售目标和绩效目标KPI的达成。工作负责总体电子商务渠道的销售工作,其中最重要的工作职责是帮助澳洲在中国跨境电商的保健品销售的达成。
其次的工作职责是负责中国健康药业的产品在国内电商平台的销售推广。
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 主要职责
Major Responsibilities 评估标准
1. 制定CHC电子商务渠道整体发展策略及长期发展路径,确定渠道投资计划。
To develop CHC e-commerce channel development strategy& Design roadpath of online sales, prepare annual E-channel long range plan and investment strategy 完成新渠道发展路径设计,长期策略方案,及投资计划Design channel roadmap, complete long range strategy, prepare channel investment;

2. 根据渠道的整体销售策略和市场情况制定电商客户的发展策略,制定相应的贸易条款,计划和完成电商客户的年度合同谈判;对重点客户制定KPI标准及联合生意计划。
To develop trade terms for new channel, prepare account plan, set KPI; Get JBP alignments through customer communications and negotiations 客户的销售指标、KPI的确定,年度协议的签订

3. 发展电商客户个性化的阶段POA营销方案,并通过有效的沟通与跟踪确保渠道有效执行。
To work closely with MKT to develop POA to selected E-shops and ensure implementation through customer communications and tracking 客户化POA活动方案设计,执行有效性

4. 结合整体的业务目标,招聘并建立新渠道发展团队。在团队内部发扬公司价值观,对成员进行绩效评估和辅导,制定优秀员工的职业发展计划。
To Consider new channel objectives and build the organization for new channel; Spread Sanofi/CHC values among team; Coach and inspre people to deliver results; 团队组织架构设计,建立,并带领团队达成目标

5. 建立,完善和维护新渠道客户档案,和业务运作部门充分沟通,定期对客户表现进行评估;特别是电商价格的维护
Build and maintain new channel customer profiles with NSOP, rountine update database and evaluate customer performance including e-commerce price system

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- 本科以上学历Bachelor’s degree or above, major in eCommerce is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
- Industry experiences: Have 10years sales experience, 5years+ digital and eCommerce experience in consumer goods industry;
- Have Cross-border e-Commerce experience is a plus.
Position experiences:
- Experience of working with e-commerce platforms, digital customers, IT, logistics team and marketing teams;
Language Skills:
- Fluent usage of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
Computer Skills:
- An experienced internet shopper; Deep undstanding of e-shopper behaviors;
- Able to utilize computer softwares such as outlook, excel and powerpoint to build and consolidate data.
